## How to Return a Dispenser to Water.com
### Step 1: Prepare the Dispenser
1. Empty all remaining water from the dispenser.
2. Unplug the dispenser from the electrical outlet.
3. Remove the water tank from the dispenser.
### Step 2: Package the Dispenser
1. Place the dispenser in its original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is not available, use a sturdy cardboard box that is large enough to fit the dispenser.
2. Wrap the dispenser in bubble wrap or other protective material to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Secure the dispenser in the box with packing tape.
### Step 3: Contact Water.com
1. Visit the Water.com website and log in to your account.
2. Click on the “My Orders” tab.
3. Find the order for the dispenser you want to return and click on the “Return Item” button.
4. Select the reason for the return from the drop-down menu.
5. Enter any additional information in the comment box.
6. Click on the “Submit Return Request” button.
### Step 4: Print the Return Label
1. Water.com will send you a confirmation email with a return label attached.
2. Print the return label and attach it to the outside of the box containing the dispenser.
### Step 5: Ship the Dispenser
1. Take the package containing the dispenser to the nearest UPS or FedEx store.
2. Hand the package to the store employee and provide them with the return label.
3. Keep the receipt for your records.
### Step 6: Track the Return
1. You can track the progress of your return by logging into your Water.com account and clicking on the “My Returns” tab.
2. Once the dispenser has been received and processed by Water.com, you will be issued a refund or exchange.

1. It is important to package the dispenser securely to prevent damage during shipping.
